Running a studio has been a lot easier with MINDBODY!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The functionality of their site as well as their Express, Connect, and Check-in apps are pretty cool. Connect does it job in getting our clients to book class appointments. I can utilize Express even if Wi-Fi is absent or if I'm away from my desktop PC. Check-in helped us go paperless! Great tool for engaging our clients
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Once you learn it how it works you can navigate it easily. You can easily accomplish daily tasks and to be more organized. I like that lot of things are automated and because of this we are able to reduce lot of errors. What aspects are problematic or could work better? "Mind Body is great for businesses in the fitness industry"
What do you like best? I like that I can categorize a specific group of people out of all of the names in our data base to send specific types of emails/ What do you dislike? I don't have any thing I dislike it is easy to use and If I ever need support I'm able to call. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are now able to check our clients in electronically with a scanner.

What do you like best? I like being able to see how many people are enrolled in things and create links directly to where they can sign up through the manager tools setting. What do you dislike? "Works great for my small fitness studio"
What do you like best? I like that it takes booking classes completely off my hands so members are responsible for booking. What do you dislike? I don't like that members cannot see how many people are booked in a class with them after they have signed up. "Use MindBody all the time"
What do you like best? I teach at 4 different pilates studios and it's easy to log into my different accounts to manage my work schedule. What do you dislike? I wish the mobile app had all the features of desktop. I also wish there were more reporting capabilities/parameters.
