"Interesting Software"
What do you like best? I love the ease and functionality of the calendar and contact logs with clients. What do you dislike? I dislike the payment system. It is difficult to add "extra items" to a client's account. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used to use our entire company on Mindbody. We have since switched due to the difficulty of many functions of the system.

"Good, Flawed System"
What do you like best? It is extremely easy to use. You can easily figure out reports or features by playing around on it. What do you dislike? There are many small flaws that make it difficult to do what should be simple tasks. Customer Service takes much longer than it should to get answers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is easy to keep track of clients and keep our calendar updated on a daily basis.

What do you like best? They have a great onboarding team. When I first signed up, I was walked through how to use the features of the software.
