"Intuitive and Reliable"
What do you like best? I think Mindbody is great for any fitness studio. I like how it is very streamlined and organized. What do you dislike? Sometimes there are glitches, as there’s will be with any software. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it to track our sales which is beneficial to know how we are doing.

"I don’t know how we’d track all our class attendance without MBO. "
What do you like best? MBO has an unlimited number of users and can process purchases, products, client information, class schedules and attendance, and staff scheduling, among other things. Our managers can create new products in the system, and take inventory through MindBodyOnline. They can also process transactions through the software, alleviating the need to find a third-party system that can track monthly membership payments and process one-time purchases. What do you like best? I like that we can use MINDBODY not just to schedule appointments for tutors, but for tutors to write in notes about how the sessions went. What do you dislike? I don’t like that sometimes it signs you out and you can lose the notes you were writing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We solve problems by flagging students with specific needs or behaviors so tutors know in advance. This helps them to be most effective.

What do you like best? Good layout, easy to find clients, charge for services and sign in. What do you dislike? Often loads slowly. Sometimes freezes and needs to be force closed, especially on the iOS app. Recommendations to others considering the product: Good product for charging and logging in client sessions. What do you like best? My number one must have is that scheduling systems block out times. I LOVE that this one does! It makes scheduling for our therapists easy and we can do it wit no questions asked!
