What do you like best? MindBody has a lot of great features. I especially like the alerts. You're able to set different levels of alerts either at time of booking, at checkout, or just in general on a client profile. Notes on a client profile are also easily changed. What do you dislike? The interface is a bit touchy- you have to click exactly the right spot to avoid messing something up. What do you like best? What I like about it is that your schedule or appointments can be accessed easily through an app. I have used other websites for other things, but those require you to refresh the page and does not sync realtime to your calendar app. On Mindbody, you can see your schedule in a daily or weekly format. "Powerful software, but not the easiest to use"
What do you like best? We are able to manage all aspects of our classes, from auto pay, to member details, in one place. With e-mail integration and reporting, this is a great platform. What do you dislike? It's hard to use, I'd say. There are lots of features that, once you are using them, seem a little clunky, cluttered, and it's not the most intuitive.
