What do you like best? MindBody is user friendly for not only the employees, but also the clientelle that use it. It is easy to understand and explain to others. What do you dislike? I dislike that they are always trying to ask you to get the app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It makes booking classes for workouts easy.

"Flexible and comprehensive reservation software"
What do you like best? It makes it easy to manage client account information and creates an easy user experience for members. What do you dislike? Late cancel and billing requires a lot more manual work for things that should be automatic. Members should be automatically charged when they are late cancelled. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping detailed logs of client interactions has cut down on refunds and miscommunication.

What do you like best? The amount of information MBO holds in one place. All of the reports available. Contact logs. What do you dislike? If you ask the database to do something it isn’t quite used to it will crash and crash hard often taking up to 15 minutes to restore itself Recommendations to others considering the product: It’s good What problems are you solving with the product?
