PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that we can access client’s history and add notes to every account. We are able to book appointments. Also, the online booking is great idea and the app works perfectly. What aspects are problematic or could work better? What do you like best? mindbody is fairly efficient, nothing major to complain about What do you dislike? Not alot of customer support, i've emailed customer support a few times and got no response What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? it has allowed for easy access to scheduling classes, integrates perfectly with the app, both on apple and andriod

"Database and POS software that isn’t terrible"

What do you like best? I love how simple it is once you figure it out. What do you dislike? I don’t like that there is any training or tutorials to help us train new staff. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do a ton of training before you go live! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have a ton of technical issues, crashing, members being merged randomly, when you open multiple tabs it does things incorrectly.

What do you like best? Mindbody is super user friendly. It’s very easy to navigate around in the app as I check my students in to their yoga classes. I like that there are two versions of the app as well - a simple “student check in” version that is straightforward. And a “business” version. What do you dislike? What do you like best? MINDBODY really simplifies and makes more enjoyable the process of exploring different classes, studios, and other fitness-related things. Before, exploring nearby classes and facilities seemed so daunting and time-consuming, but MINDBODY changed that. The app is also incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. "Has its issues and not the most user friendly"

What do you like best? For me, I liked being able to have the booker app on my phone. This allowed me to check how the next day was going to be without having to get out my big computer. What do you dislike? I disliked how unreliable the whole booker system is. The phone app would only work half the time and on multiple occasions the entire system was down with no notice from booker. My therapists also had issues with only receiving notifications about their appointments half of the time. ...
