"Mind Body Review"

What do you like best? It’s pretty straightforward to use. I like that you are easily about to create classes, set up pricing and that is had build in marketing tools. What do you dislike? Customer Service takes a bit of time. I also dislike that setting up staff permissions cannot be customizable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps run the company. This is for charging clients, scheduling classes etc

"Like it but things could be improved for ease of use"

What do you like best? Pretty easy to manage members classes and purchases. It's nice that our worker can view class information from anywhere from their smartphones. What do you dislike? There are random mishaps that occur that are inconvenient. Not sure if it's against mindbody or our company that uses it. What do you like best? I like that MindBody has a user-friendly app for both the business and the consumer. It's seamless to schedule client, take payments and showcase services on the go. "Amazing software"

What do you like best? Booker was the most easy software I’ve used in a salon I would recommend it to anyone! What do you dislike? Not a single thing booker was great to use! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Booker makes scheduling clients a whole lot easier and also they have an option where clients can book themselves!

What do you like best? I like that MINDBODY helps streamline several functions for health and wellness businesses such as services, pricing and sending marketing materials. I use it to create and send newsletters for a meditation business. What do you dislike? We had some issues importing the contacts and with using the scheduling function for the newsletter tab.
