What do you like best? It’s pretty straightforward to use. I like that you are easily about to create classes, set up pricing and that is had build in marketing tools. What do you dislike? Customer Service takes a bit of time. I also dislike that setting up staff permissions cannot be customizable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Pretty easy to manage members classes and purchases. It's nice that our worker can view class information from anywhere from their smartphones. What do you dislike? There are random mishaps that occur that are inconvenient. Not sure if it's against mindbody or our company that uses it.
