"I use mindbody for my business and have grown to love it"

What do you like best? I love the personal experience. Every person who has helped my through my issues has been amazing. We have an awesome Rep who is always there to solve problems. As we know technology is challenging and I have found it so helpful to have someone to call for advise. What do you dislike? Mindbody is an intricate system and hard to learn. "Great for registrations but reporting is challenging "

What do you like best? Registering clients is really simple. We rely heavily on volunteers for basic front desk customer service responsibilities, and they are all able to pick up the process within just one shift. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Scheduling appointments is easy. The notes feature under appointments. What do you dislike? Rescheduling appointments for different days is difficult. It also could be more user friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Benefits include using the clock in feature.

What do you like best? Visually clean, and can be linked up to other software seamlessly. What do you dislike? Many things cannot be customized for ease of use. Room selection is not necessary for our salon use, but MindBody requires it and it can be cumbersome when scheduling/modifying appointments. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeps our books organized.
