"Somewhat hard to use"
What do you like best? I like best that it has many features that are convenient to the running and scheduling of the business. What do you dislike? I dislike that it's not always intuitive. MindBody is great to have all your client information a click away. It gives you many options for searching information a lot of ways to have reports. You can control who is in charge of some activities a have a general overview of your business in a simple way.
