Mindbody customer support saves the day
I thought it was going to a difficulty day when we were having some serious issue setting up the check-in app from Mindbody. Lucky for us Katherine Eaton Customer Support Specialist helped us resolve our issues in no time. What was impressive was how she picked up on everything so quickly and how she communicated with us via email back and forth. Wow impressive thank you Katherine!

"Helps me schedule yoga classes from both the internet and my phone"
What do you like best? It allows me to book a class on my phone before the class gets full. Keeps track of all the classes you go to and helps you find new ones. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike about this app. Everything is very convienient. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would definitely try it if you go to classes that become really full or if you are trying out new classes for yoga or pilates in your area. What do you like best? MINDBODY is an all in one software for business management. Everything is in one place it’s so great What do you dislike? the back end is not user friendly. "Ease of use makes it worth it"
What do you like best? It's easy to schedule clients for appointments. I love the profile feature that let's you make notes of what client's like/dislike, any allergic reactions to products, and anything that they request for a new appointment. What do you dislike? We are very satisfied with Mindbody. Great customer service and response time. The reporting is great for the type of smaller scale training and space rental. We have looked at other systems every so often and nothing compares to mindbody and how easy it is to use and send links
