What do you like best? Support has helped us tweak the settings based on what we're seeing in the console. Excellent history report shows everything, or you can filter very easily. Unfiltered you can see blocked (and why), quarantined, accepted...everything. If you don't see it, that email did not get to you, and in our experience it has been a Sender issue every time. What do you like best? URL protection is quite good. Ability to retroactively block a malicious URL saves a lot of headaches with regards to phishing scams. While it doesn't always automatically correctly block malicious links, the ability to manually add it and instantly ensure no one else is able to hit the site is invaluable. I swear by the URL Filtering, Impersonation protection, and Attachment Sandboxing features. What do you like best? The software is good at stopping phishing emails and spam. It is easy to use and quite self-explanatory, almost like having another outlook screen. What do you like best? I’ve used mimecast at work and I think it’s great. If I delete emails 2 hours post receipt it’s saved in my mimecast. What do you dislike? I find search for emails cumbersome.
