I love all the options in Mighty…
I love all the options in Mighty Networks for how you set up courses or memberships. As well, their tech help is fast (usually same day) and efficient.

Great choice if you want one platform…
Great choice if you want one platform for community and courses. It's constantly being updated and improved. It's easy to use, especially if your members have memberships with other Mighty Networks.

The Platform Pretty Much Does It All
The platform pretty much does everything I need and when I can't see how to get something done the team are so helpful in getting me there. For me it is the supportive team, even though different time zones, whenever I have needed them (which isn't often) they get back in a few hours and I feel looked after and feel they get my stress and smooth it out. Every single one - I couldn't do this with out you.

Friendly and Responsive
Have been hosting a global community on MN for four years now; the platform is well-integrated now, and the Mighty Team is friendly, respectful, on the ball, and quick to respond. That 5th star would totally be there if a) the interface was less dazzling (simpler for newbies to navigate, in particular) and b) we hosts could be given a better sense of where several key features we've requested are on the development priority list. I have invested years, but can't recommend it.
I have invested years into my site here, and it works ok for my business. I'm in too far to quit, but MN has never had good customer service, and the changes they call improvements are silly and ineffective. The graphic design is dull and decades old, recently my use of color for different courses was stripped. Now it all looks alike. It's getting less user-friendly. I had to turn off emails from them because the nagging was insulting. Maybe two stars would be more true.

I appreciate the interactive format of the platform!
I appreciate the interactive format of the platform, though I wish it were easier to view two lessons simultaneously - both as a participant and as an editor of a course.

horrible support
for the second time, I created an account the platform was very confusing and I was trying to get support and waited and waited and no one ever helped so I closed my account 2 months later I decided to give it a try again and the same thing is confusing and can't find any support so it is not for me am sure there are other companies out there that will have what I need
