The fees are really high
The fees are really high. I paid for the professional service and they didn't credit me back any of the costs that they took during a regular plan I had with them -- and would not. Bad business in my view. No public chat on mobile, can't view images on mobile either. They need to reach out to the pro business people better and ask what they can do to help. I get nothing but spam emails from the CEO everyday.

Excellent, but missing a few things
Mighty Networks has really helped us grow our community. We were able to leverage the platform to create amazing engagement and outreach, deliver events, and host our growing webinar series. There are a few things that I would love to see as the platform expands. 1. Virtual Event Platform: While there is an event feature, it is extremely basic. Essentially, you post a Zoom link, banner, and RSVP button. But we really need more in Events to support multi-day event that have concurrent ...

Mighty Networks has transformed the way…
Mighty Networks has transformed the way I do business. From a yarnshop in the city to a desk at home offering community and services to needle crafters that want a better world, it provides the tools I need to spread my message in more ways than I thought was possible.

Game changer technology
Game changer technology! By far the easiest to use, cleanest design and it's actually fun to work on. All the other platforms I tried challenged my patience and sanity, often. Mighty Network is a breath of fresh air and they are always expanding into the next best version of themselves...for US. Highly recommend.

Open, transparent and Integral ❤️
The people who run and develop Mighty Networks are accessible - this is important. There is open communication, transparency and integrity. Mighty Networks listen to their community and that is why it works. It’s like we are on an adventure together. Of course, people need to be paid and profits need to be achieved - but as this happens, members reap the benefits. Which is vastly different from the current state of play for the big social media platforms. Mighty Networks is actively ...

The response time is disappointing
The response time is disappointing. I'm still waiting to hear back and it's been more than two business days. When I do get help it's great, but it's only over email, no web chat or call back support or anything, and the email responses can be a little slower than ideal.

Compelling Platform, Mediocre Host Experience at best!
Compelling Platform, mediocre experience! This is my 3rd attempt at building an online, private/niche/micro-community. I've found that the big social networks have become polarized, political, and promotional - big reasons most professionals are disengaging. I saw a promo video for MN and it seems intuitive enough that I signed up. Got immersed in it over the holidays and we're now up to 2,500 members, 20+ groups, and have just launched a series of courses. The platform is compelling (for ...
