Great platform - poor customer service that could cost you money

It's a great platform for someone who doesnt have the tech background - and you can get going really quickly. I found their customer service and support pretty awful - no where near as good as people like SurveyMonkey. If there is an issue - it's not quick enough to resolve considering an issue could lead to loss of paid customers.

It's a great platform for someone who doesnt have the tech background - they are really trying hard to make sure they provide support - which is difficult for so many time zones. Keep going! Well done!

What's not to love about the Mighty…

What's not to love about the Mighty Network! I can build and engage my community away from the drama of traditional social media sites and appreciate the support I receive as a customer. The master class I took at the beginning of building my own QuantumSHIFT commUNITY was a game changer!

I've been wanting to start an educational platform almost 15 years now, but I hesitated because the technology wasn't where I wanted it to be. Now, I'm all in on Mighty Networks.
