Why Microsoft is still the top word processor

What do you like best? Microsoft has always been in my life. Even when I switched from a Windows computer to a Mac Computer, I insisted on using Microsoft Word for all of my word processing. I use it to write everything from resume's to lists for work. It is a particularly pleasant experience since the software has a great work flow in general.
