What do you like best? Extremely easy to use, can make documents look very professional in a matter of minutes. What do you dislike? Nothing really, sometimes Microsoft makes updates and it can take awhile to locate everything again. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have done lot of writing work in this as it allows you to write professional letters or assignments or any kind of typing work i.e required. It also allows you to format your text accordingly.
