MS Word is so much better than Google docs b/c of all the formatting controls right at your fingertips. There are some tips/shortcuts that work in Word but not in Google docs.

I personally love the review section wherein if you're done with your report you can just go back and proof-read what you did, the upside of this feature is you will be able to check and take note what are the opportunities on the report you did and will be able to reedit the whole thing for it to be better.
