Teams is great for collaborating with other team members that may require training or assistance when running into an issue, not only for the verbal communication but you can share your screen with your team member and they can follow where you are clicking, selecting, etc.

What do you like best about Microsoft Teams? Connecting with team members and office besties via messages or calls is more manageable with Microsoft Teams. I can easily share files, use emojis and connect with my higher management via teams meetings. As a fresher, setting up calls and checking calendars for people's availability was quick to learn.
