What do you like best about Microsoft Teams? I like that I can call internally and externally. It's nice to have the option to call voice or video. It's very easy to schedule meetings and see my coworker's statuses.

In addition, it also supports multiple different apps which makes it even a good tool for project management. Good customer support makes it easy in case if you find difficulty in terms of usage.
