MS Teams, a better way to collaborate and communicate

What do you like best? There is a lot to like. The obvious is instant communication, but that feature is available in so many other programs it isn't something that stands out. The collaboration, file storage, file sharing and real time multi person document editing capabilities are what stands out, at least for where I work. The fact you can do all of this while using Teams on a computer or mobile device is outstanding. I also like the real time sync is has whether you are using the ...

Good Tool, can be better

What do you like best? Various options to chat and have meeting on same portal. Also storing and viewing files is a great tool. Many times teams share documents, which can be easily shared as well as viewed at a later time. Love the calls feature as well as a history of it, so if need be can revert back tot he call / call again. Call quality has been better than skype. we used to earlier use Skype before migrating to Teams, and see a marked difference in quality as well as stability of ...

Simple to use face-to-face and instant messaging software

What do you like best? Its functionality is simple. The software is self-explanatory, so it is quick to become accustomed to using it and it looks great. The Group Teams chat function is incredibly useful for larger organisations, especially in these 'remote working' times. What do you dislike? The notification noise when a new message pops through is quite loud. I haven't quite figured out how to turn this down through Teams. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

The hardest part is getting people onboard with sharing files, chatting, and using Teams in general. Transitioning from Outlook has a learning curve for most people. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take a training course or learn about how to use it properly. What problems are you solving ...
