Mostly good with some frustrating issues
What do you like best? Mostly easy to record meeting and have the recording automatically posted. I like being able to add tabs with additional apps and how there are so many integrated. What do you dislike? Despite attempts to change settings and web searches for solutions, the menu bar/toolbar or footer bar obscures part of the shared screen. So frustrating for screenshots. Also, it doesn't seem to remember my audio device settings. I've spent meetings able to hear others, ...

Discovered teams during the pandemic. Love love love it!
What do you like best? Teams is intuitive and very easy to use. I love the chat and video features. I also use the call feature with my co-workers. It is so nice to be able to see your co-wokers' faces and communicate in person while working remotely. What do you dislike? I do not dislike anything about teams. Honestly, it is great. The only criticism I have is that sometimes, the sound falls out. But I am not sure if it is due to teams or user error. Recommendations to others ...

Authentic, Dependable and Easy to Use.
What do you like best? Microsoft teams is now daily used by our organisation to arrange meetings, text, video calls an also file sharing. The best feature which is like is its User Interface which is way better than Webex. What do you dislike? Sometimes it closes suddenly which is a little annoying. Screen sharing is not as good as Webex. If you are a small organisation you dont need to buy the product but if you want to add more than 100 members it can be a little too ...

Does the job but not as well as others
What do you like best? It connects easily to one drive and it is nice to easily see those files and associate them with a chat or team. What do you dislike? It doesn't look as slick and hip as other tools out there. I also find it a bit more cumbersome to use. Recommendations to others considering the product: None What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? To chat in real time with coworkers or groups of coworkers.

Microsoft chat for Microsoft people
What do you like best? It integrates very well into the Microsoft ecosystem quite well. What do you dislike? Chat functionality is very behind the curve especially compared to Slack. Recommendations to others considering the product: Are you invested in the Microsoft ecosystem? Are you a traditional, "Enterprise" level company? Then Microsoft Teams is probably what you want. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Makes ...
