Microsoft Teams

What do you like best? It is a good way to speak with the team of mine. It allows for us to quickly speak to you with questions which are generally directed by e mail. It's also an excellent way to quickly share data and make commentary on the area. Although this's new to the team of mine, we constantly attempt to look for all of the great ways to make sure the team of yours is able to make use of it. It's a terrific tool. What do you dislike? Often it's hard for me to place ...

Everything in one

What do you like best? File sharing is simple and quick via Microsoft teams. It’s easy to locate shared files as well What do you dislike? There is occasionally a lag when typing and there could be more emojis What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been working from home since March due to COVID and Microsoft teams has allowed us to remain connected and on top of our work. The transition from the desktop to messaging via ...

Easy to use with multiple useful functionality

What do you like best? Easy to use and connect in meetings: You can easily join any meeting with no dial-up connection. What i liked the most is- meeting recordings can be easily found under meeting history and can be downloaded later. What do you dislike? Not so friendly UI. I would prefer Cisco webex meetings UI over MS Teams anytime. You may found yourself lost in between different chats easily. Recommendations to others considering the product: Simpler and Cleaner UI ...

The business solution for video calls and meetings

What do you like best? The calls are of good quality, it allows me to export data from other applications with ease, I can also access it from any device, another important advantage is that it allows me to store files and I can also join through links. What do you dislike? The constant updates are a bit annoying, however, sometimes they bring good news, also I have noticed that I cannot chat simultaneously when I am on a call. Recommendations to others considering the product: ...

Least intuitive interface ever

What do you like best? There honestly isn't anything I like about it. What do you dislike? The interface is really obscure and not intuitive at all, for example, there are no obvious buttons to switch between views. It is frustrating to use and I have actually just given up trying to figure out the most basic functions that video conferencing software should have. It's not reliable, the latest Windows update 'broke it' for me, the interface no longer works at all (it is just a ...

Not very good platform for video calls

What do you like best? It's easy to see the teams that you're a part of and to link it with OneNote What do you dislike? Most of the times, when i'm on a call that has more than 20 assistants, the image is going to get frozen. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's easy to use for small groups of people What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's used mostly for school purposes, the chat is a very easy to ...

Needs some improvements, but overall has a lot of potential.

What do you like best? I like that you can share documents within the meetings. It is very useful to have more meeting capabilities other than talking and sharing screens. The mobile application is SO nice for when you are on the go, but still need to participate in meetings. What do you dislike? I don't like that the chat windows don't start over. Every time you open a conversation- all the old conversation also comes up. I also don't like that I can't see my team list and status ...

Great way to meet with co-workers

What do you like best? I like the ease of setting up a meeting and being able to video chat with others. I also like the IM feature which is faster than needing to email someone in the same organization. What do you dislike? I don't like that the icon changes to yellow like I am away from the computer because I have clicked in to teams for a while. It makes it look like I am not at the computer even though I am not. Recommendations to others considering the product: Provide ...

Teams for Work

What do you like best? Easily brings entire company together remotely. What do you dislike? Tabs cant become cluttered. Notifications often are missed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Working remote requires large companies to stay integrated. It is easy to discuss topics without having to email in teams.
