What do you like best? The best part of Microsoft Teams is the ability to easily communicate face-to-face over video with your peers especially in a COVID-19 world. Ease of use

What do you like best? The usability of screens sharing, giving and requesting control while screeensharing What do you dislike? Downloading attachments is not easy if one does not mail the attachment What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Almost as good as face-to-face meetings

What do you like best? Microsoft Teams offers in my opinion the best and easiest video conferencing software on the market. With video conferencing you can easily share your screen or just a certain window so you can work in the background. The whiteboard enables collaborative work, but a touch screen device is an advantage because the mouse is not so easy to use. What do you like best? The best thing is its simplicity. With minimum requirements, you can just start with microsoft teams. I personally loved the calling feature which provides the best audio in a country like India where network issue is normal. We also don't need a separate app to use it, as it is web based too.
