Full featured management system for your computing environment.

What do you like best? Microsoft System Center is incredibly robust. You can manage your inventory, updates, imaging, anti malware and so many other features all under one pane of glass. This product helped us eliminate multiple software packages and roll them into one. What do you dislike? It definitely requires heavy lifting to setup. We planned to use a 3rd party for assistance. MSC is easy to use and the ability of users to have control of apps/update deployment is a plus

What do you like best? ease of access for us as well as for the users we support What do you dislike? i don't believe its the system but the way it is setup for us shows invalid time stamps and sometimes cryptic error messages on some installations What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The new Microsoft Center has better descriptive logos making it easier to use and find what you what you want quickly. What do you dislike? I don't like the new color scheme. Specifically with the new Instant Messager and Outlook color schemes, they have too much white as a majority in their layout. I think the brightness is more straining and looks less expensive. One of the easiest tool to get around with

What do you like best? Its simplicity and ease of work is fantastic. It is really easy to understand and can dealt individually. It is very fast and time to value. What do you dislike? Not sure if you can access it on Phone. I havent tried it but would be good to have it. What do you like best? It has a robust ITIL call tracking system What do you dislike? It is complex and very microsoft centric in its approach Recommendations to others considering the product It is complex and will need dedicated resource in operating it What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it for Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request and asset management. It is included in our enterprise agreement and it has worked for us.
