What do you like best? The best thing about using products of microsoft is that they are wide spread What do you dislike? Microsoft products are not reliable and do not work well accross platform What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automated workflow processes and self-service options

What do you like best? Simple installations, in-place upgrades, and automated workflows. Can manage Linux too. Cloud integration. What do you dislike? Hard to tell at this point, still testing. Seems to be a bit too "complex" therefore complicated to use. Some glitches in VDI environment.. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Still testing, not fully integrated yet.

What do you like best? Ease of use and complete system command from several interfaces. GUI is smooth and user intuitive. What do you dislike? Some functionality tweaks would go a long way to establishing it as the premier software in its demo What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I like how our software deployments have a better install experience than our former product Zenworks. Zenworks always had a hand in the installs and sometimes caused issues. What do you dislike? For us right now, it's just a learning curve for us. The majority of us are new to SCCM, so we are figuring out application building and how imaging works. MS System Center - Easy Deploymnet and OS Upgrades

What do you like best? MS SC makes the OS upgrade and deployment process much easier and faster. What do you dislike? The user interface and process could be simpler. Sometimes Microsoft tries to be all things and it just makes it complicated. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We reduced the amount of time our IT resources had to spend deploying new systems and upgrading existing systems.
