SCCM is Great!
What do you like best? I got my first taste of SCCM a few months back and it's already saving me time and resources. I can view the requester's screen and troubleshoot. Another great tool is the hardware and software resources. You can view the hardware without remoting into the system. For the software, you can inventory the applications. It saves me so much time! Excellent product
What do you like best? Great product. Lots of options. Makes IT job more easier. Very well integrated with WSUS and Windows Update Agent. What do you dislike? Some features aren't clearly enough. You have to find more info on your own. Troubleshooting of client side patch issues is not very easy. Required skilled people to troubleshoot scan errors and resolve those. What do you like best? Easy to analyze system from main console to see overview. Integrates with office 365 and exchange over network which makes it easy to use on multiple devices even when not at the main store. What do you dislike? Windows firewall occasionally prevents push installation and not all computers have admin access. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's considered to be one of the most ideal Windows-based client management and deployment tool in the market. SCOM happens to be a top notch tool for monitoring. It's able to look into environment matters and correct them. SCCM robust but complicated
What do you like best? I can manage my clients, push our packages and remotely administer them. What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? So man things that this suite can do. The System Center Advisor makes it seamless and simple Sass service management. Its Configuration Manager contains patches for deployment as well as server management and configuration. I like how their Orchestrator and Service Manager works.
