Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager rocks
What do you like best? SCCM helps me to delivery operating systems, packages, and applications throughout our infrastructure in a timely manner and is very seamless to our users. What do you dislike? Most recently Microsoft has changed the way they upgrade the environment, which in my opinion sucks! It was a lot easier to just download the updates and update the product. MS System Center makes it very easy to manage my computing assets.
What do you like best? The easy ability to re-image machines as my users seem to need to more often than they should. What do you dislike? There really is not a feature of this product that I dislike. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? System & network monitoring. Ease of management.

Difficult setup but very worth it.
What do you like best? The convenience it provides in working with images and deploying new machines. What do you dislike? it is extremely tedious and time involved to get it setup and working, took us months because we are a small team. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we will be greatly reducing our annual system refresh time from months to a few weeks.

Ultimate tool for infrastructure management
What do you like best? Ability to manage on-premise and cloud servers from a sngle set of tools What do you dislike? System Center is a complex solution, that requires a lot of time to learn it What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I`m able to control? configure and monitor Hyper-V, VMware and Azure virtual machines from a signle set of tools, it saves a lot of time and speeds up my daily work

What do you like best? It is more reliable and robust as compared to the current toolset we use. Logging from the tool gives a clear idea of the issue when they arise. Its a Microsoft product and we are largely a Windows environment so we expect to see very few compatibility issues. It is easier to find troubleshooting information on technology forums due to the large user base. The email system is by far the most useful of the Microsoft System Center.
