What do you like best? It has great support for plugins to make it easier to use for those that are not in a development role. It also has a great support community available online. What do you like best? My favorite has to be the integration with R and Python in the Enterprise version of the 2016 release. This lends the platform ability to do data crunching with the help of R and Numpy without having to leave the SQL platform. It opens up a whole new world from a developer's point of view.
