What do you like best? Well documented, lots of learning resources, best tools forr development, optimization and design. What do you dislike? Price is bit expensive, otherr then that, great product with wide range of use cases: data store, reporting etc. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Learnt this during my undergrad and it's one of the easiest databases to implement which can handle complex data relationships What do you dislike? Documentation of this software is pretty complex for a new person to understand What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Used it to develop a Hospital management database system to keep track of records of in patients and out patients in the facility

Definitely the best if using a Microsoft language to program with
What do you like best? It has been consistent for years and only introduces more functionality with each release. What do you dislike? It is proprietary and not friendly with non windows operating systems unless used as just a server. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having users avoid using spreadsheets for record keeping.

What do you like best? Quick shortcut to customize keyboard commands which makes things simpler when you run a query.Check the query optimizer anytime for any performance issues in your query. Help is great and available on press of F1 for any kind of sql word directly from the Microsoft. Powerful sql profiler makes the job easier when debugging an issue. What do you like best? Great software for storing data. Rich function library, Easy to learn & use , Evolving new features What do you dislike? Installation is a bit long and cumbersome, Perhaps, too many updates & releases What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allows creating databases to store relational data for all kinds of business applications. Fast saving and retrieval of the same.

What do you like best? I like having the option of using the wizards/user interfaces in the database client as well as scripting database functions. What do you dislike? One of the things I dislike about the MS SQL suite is that it doesn't play as well with Oracle solutions as I think it could. Easy to use product, not as intuitivie as it could be
What do you like best? Since its a Microsoft product, it can integrate into other software which can be very useful depending on your needs. Within SQL you can use scripts that are VB based so its not like you have to learn a whole lot to start using those additional items. I also like that it integrates into outlook so we can run queries and put results directly into an email. What do you dislike? Its not nearly as advanced as other products available. What do you like best? SQL Server is widely used, and offers many ways to import and export data. It's usually very stable and the industry standard. What do you dislike? I dislike SQL Server Management changes across different versions. SQL Server Very reliable, relatively easy-to-use, and reasonably-priced compared to Oracle
What do you like best? As a Systems Administrator, MS SQL Server is one of the easiest DBMS you can use from a management perspective. SQL Server Management Studio is a very robust client, and it allows you to configure everything from either the GUI or SQL scripts.
