Great product for pulling from large data

What do you like best? I like the ability to pull multiple queries at the same time instead of having to do them one by one. What do you dislike? sometimes the application seems to slow down maybe due to many users on it at once across the servers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to use it to pull data for the organization and see how to make things more efficient and run smoother across the board.
