Microsoft SharePoint

What do you like best? The Sharepoint utility enables storing and sharing information with other users and saves computer space. When a document needs more than one person to edit it, the tool also allows you to save and delete the document. This allows everyone to know when and who changed the previous document and who changed it. What do you dislike? This is a very powerful tool. There is nothing I don't like about it. But maybe this tool could work faster. Also, if possible, it ...

Flexible and good tool.

What do you like best? I like Sharepoint in great variety because it acquires integrations with other platforms, for access to complete changes of page layouts, display templates and among other intuitive functions, this software allows very easily to create and change workflows in a way significant to promote better performance in general, mentioning that the development interfaces are very complex in every aspect, which also allows a greater development in the platform. What do you ...

Microsoft SharePoint

What do you like best? The application, which certainly should have been designed for large companies with many employees, we used Office 365 and installation problems were not solved. This interface is really good. What do you dislike? It would be nice if there were more features that can be customized, but I think the current options are enough - it's just something to wait for. Recommendations to others considering the product: I strongly suggest SharePoint is a ...

Great software for collaboration with your colleagues!

What do you like best? I like that multiple people can edit excel sheets at the same time and that they are virtually always accessible since it is online. What do you dislike? Sometimes the program has a little bit of lag, but this is completely understandable considering multiple are accessing an excel sheet at the same time. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you need multiple people to access and make edits to excel sheets then this is the product to ...

Great for sharing documents with a team!

What do you like best? It is convenient to store several documents for easy access for you as well as your team. My company uses it to store example documents for reference when creating different types of drawings. My company has it highly organized, and it is easy to share and follow the links to certain documents. I like it better than Google Docs actually. It may have been user error when things would not go smoothly with links, or organization, but it seems more professional and ...

What do you like best? Easy-to-manage collections and adaptations to individual product families allow you to easily organize products and search, while allowing you to easily configure metadata for quick search. What do you dislike? I haven't found anything I don't like so far. Recommendations to others considering the product: Start talking to them to find out more about what available. I was very impressed by our contacts so far, including meeting with the president at ...

Great for document monitoring, a great help platform

What do you like best? SharePoint helps increase productivity in most companies that use this feature. SharePoint simply caused control in individuals in their bureaucracies. Strict governance was the only way, we found, that SharePoint would remain sustainable. SharePoint is promoted as a growth system for all departments of the company that carry out their activities online. What do you dislike? SharePoint needs time for the user to master its features and functions. To have a ...

Microsoft share point is outdated and unfriendly for the user

What do you like best? The part of share point it seems many companies use it as a framework to build something over. I’m sure that saves times for a company that maybe doesn’t have the time/money into a system from scratch What do you dislike? Many times I’ve seen share point limit creativity that might be needed to customize it to each companies needs. It also can be glitchy What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It saves time and ...
