Exchange of information in my company

What do you like best? Sharepoint is actually excellent in the feeling that it enables you to produce instructions and store documents belonging to our team. Users working with this staff have access to these files in an extremely structured manner. Unlike other Microsoft Office solutions, Sharepoint is quite easy and simple to use. What do you dislike? I don't see anything wrong with sharepoint and I think it is transparent and simple to use. Recommendations to others ...

simply stunning

What do you like best? The best thing about sharepoint is that it fills all the void that Microsoft Excel leaves to its customers. One can simply share reports or data with many people at once for mass editing. In my opinion, SharePoint is one of the best collaborative editing platform. What do you dislike? The biggest weakness of SharePoint is its learning curve. It takes much time to master everything in SharePoint (including DAX). For the ones that have to work with back-end ...

Sharepoint

What do you like best? The Sharepoint solution enables you to save and share info with various other people and save room on the computer of yours. In case a document has to be modified by more than a single person, this device also enables you to conserve as well as delete the document. This enables everyone to find out when the final time the file was transformed and who transformed it. What do you dislike? It is a really powerful tool. There is absolutely nothing I do not ...

easier file management

What do you like best? What I love most about SharePoint is actually the capability to discuss as well as access your organization's documents and data in one spot. You are able to quickly edit and control accounts on the fly and discuss them with the employees of yours. You are able to arrange and set up the purchase in which documents are actually displayed. You are able to capture the daily meetings of yours, manage meetings and calendars and view accounts which may be seen by a ...

Great tool for sharing cross-functional team updates with larger team

What do you like best? It is very easy to use, has a wide variety of widgets that help communicate information properly and effectively. What do you dislike? There a few hindrances in each of the widgets - wish we could personalize everything a little bit further. Recommendations to others considering the product: Would highly recommend it if you have a Microsoft Suite access. It's an easy to use tool that can achieve a lot and provide a ton of benefits for teams looking ...

Innovative product easy to use.

What do you like best? Having an internal website is a great tool for sharing documents, processes, information, etc .. And SharePoint 's control settings are nice so you can make it very secure. It can be highly customisable. The user interface is simple, it does what it should be doing: a space for sharing, constructing, creating and working together. The system's enhanced with each upgrade. Technical support from Microsoft and online tutorials are a great help for getting the most ...

A lot better than Jive for intranet content

What do you like best? A few years ago we switched to Jive and almost everyone hated it, now we switched from Jive to SharePoint and not everyone likes it but almost all agree that it is far better than Jive, the best point of SharePoint is that it isn't innovative in a way nobody asked and finding content is categorized and stored in a familiar and practical way. A thing I also really like is that everything is ordered neatly in rectangles the same size as preview all kinds of content ...

Easy way to share internal information

What do you like best? It's integrated with Word, so when I'm done with the minutes of any meeting I can save it directly to SharePoint. I already have my word template open in all meetings so the time it takes me to complete the template and upload it and move it to the right place if needed is less than 5 minutes What do you dislike? Sometimes it saves the files to my root user document instead of the folder I want, not a real issue since it takes less than 2 minutes to move ...

Good way to share content company wide

What do you like best? It's a lot better than our last way to share contents in a team basis, company wide or just to share something with a reduced number of peers. Integrated with Office 365 so as long as i have my work account with me I can access the content from any web browser, it doesn't matter if it's on Windows, Linux or any mobile browser like my iPhone. SSO seamless integration, because the Office 365 we use already has SSO enabled it's naturally extended accross ...
