We are able to upload and maintain reports with multiple end-users
What do you like best? I can see this program being similar to Google Docs, but everything seems more intuitive using Sharepoint. It keeps topics organized and easy to use. Working with many remote employees we are able to collaborate with teams, OneNote, one drive and utilize Sharepoint for all documents and files. What do you dislike? I feel the like there could be a lot of fine-tuning done on this program. It's not very intuitive and sometimes there are some really weird ways to ...

SharePoint for Easy Collaboration
What do you like best? The thing that I like best about SharePoint is the easiness of sharing content with employees. It's easy to share it with someone on the go. There have been times when I've been working away and people need me to send documents. Sometimes, they are too big to share over email so SharePoint solves that problem. It's also nice that you can collaborate in "real time" so everyone is working from the same document. I also like that you can create multiple sites or ...

A must for organizations
What do you like best? Allows an unlimited number of people to access files. It's an amazing way to share work and outlines, and really cuts down on research when everything is in the same place. What do you dislike? The user interface is a little unattractive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Working on Law Review means that we're able to have one central place from which we can all receive and submit work. It makes ...

Great for Document Collection
What do you like best? My company uses SharePoint to keep track of all essential documents including resources, blank forms, reports, and more. This makes it easy for everyone to access files anytime from any device, even when not in the office. We also use SharePoint in collaboration with Teams. What do you dislike? I wish it were easier to link SharePoint documents with Teams. Currently if we want to transfer any files over, we need to download it first and then upload to Teams. ...

All your company documentation in a single place
What do you like best? The strength is, in my opinion, the possibility of sharing documents, which can be saved on the server via http, via an upload from the website or directly from the "Save as" feature of the application that created the document (for example Word ) typing the entire URL, directly saving the data in a sql server database, to which metadata can be associated (which I remind you of the data relating to the document itself). Put simply, Sharepoint has a "container" ...

Perfect for remote workers
What do you like best? Through Sharepoint I'm able to circulate information among my remote workers and create reports based on the information entered by them in the platform. What do you dislike? Sharepoint requires some level of comfort with technology. Not all my employees are tech savvy and it is somehow difficult to find Sharepoint trainings for them. Recommendations to others considering the product: Find a person who will play as Sharepoint admin to be accountable ...
