MS Sharepoint Review
What do you like best? Microsoft SharePoint is being used widely across the organization. It is a tool that we are using primarily to share files within the organization. I love that it allows for the timely sharing of files. Again it provides a central point from which coworkers can easily access information. This tool is providing us with cloud storage services where we are able to store our files. Being a cloud storage one can easily access from any point as long as you are ...

Amazing Program
What do you like best? I found this program very helpful when I was trying to have a meeting with multiple locations at once. It was very easy to navigate the site and get all users on to attend the meeting. We previously used Skype which would have a lot of issues when a lot of people would join the meeting. I sent everyone the link to the meeting beforehand and everyone was able to attend successfully. What do you dislike? We had a little bit of issues with the volume at first. ...

Great way to organize documents and stay connected with coworkers.
What do you like best? The most useful feature for my team is the documents tab. This is a great way to ensure your team has access to any documents they may need while keeping the original formatting (microsoft word, pdf, etc.) without converting them (like with using google drive). I also like that it is collaborative, so team members can edit and upload as well. What do you dislike? I dislike that the News page always seems a little cluttered. What problems are you solving ...

Great in theory
What do you like best? The ability to create quick dedicated areas to store, share and collaborate on data. Easy access to upload files. What do you dislike? Routine issues when multiple users are editing a document. Routinely need to save under a new name because it will lock others out when someone editing even though that’s one of the selling features of sharepoint Recommendations to others considering the product: Beware of faulty functionality What problems are you ...

Supports a Purpose but could be better
What do you like best? I like that you can share files and sort and name them how you want. I think it's helpful that you can customize a home page to introduce your SharePoint, highlight topics, etc. I like that it can integrate with MS Teams if needed. I like that you can drag and drop files for uploading content. What do you dislike? I don't like that the recycle bin is always visible. I don't want people to have to see that. It requires some back-end coding to remove. I also ...

Effective but not too modern
What do you like best? It is a highly customizable online platform which is great. Seeing what other are currently working on is anothe great feature. Change tracker is also useful. What do you dislike? Not a modern look, some other online digital asset management platforms have much better look and feel to them. Sometimes slow if there is no very high speed internet connection. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do it if communication is needed with remote ...

I have found Sharepoint useful in my capacity as a Special Education Teacher.
What do you like best? The ability to create and share documents and surveys and having everything save automatically. What do you dislike? I wish there were additional functions and templates for creating your own forms and surveys Recommendations to others considering the product: It does a commendable job of sharing and making available to several users content. I use it mainly for seeking out information from several users by way of sending out surveys. What problems ...

Sharepoint is helpful to work on and put out documents that need to be shared.
What do you like best? I enjoy the design and aesthetic of Sharepoint and all of Microsoft Office's system. What do you dislike? I don't enjoy it as much as Google Drive, I find it more difficult to use and understand. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is worth it if you have a large enough organization and see a need for it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I find that with those that I use ...

SharePoint is awesome
What do you like best? We have a employees all over and SharePoint allows us to have everything in a central place. You can invite non-365 users as well for your boards which makes it handy! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great central place to post ...
