Could be better

What do you like best? It is a useful tool to house our information. What do you dislike? It is very difficult to navigate. Better search features would be nice. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a great tool to host and house digital documents, but it is not as user friendly as you would expect. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A place to house documents that we want to be digital.

Great product but has a few small flaws

What do you like best? SharePoint is super easy to use and I love that it integrates with all other Microsoft products I use! In the past, we had a different file sharing platform that we used which was also simple, but then our documents were living in multiple different places so it wasn't convenient. What do you like best? I would like to share all type of documents like Docs, PDF, PPT, Png and JPEG etc. Easy to find the latest file for the particular folder. Excel and Txt files are able to open the files through Share point. All files are safe and secure from the local drive. We can avoid the data loss from any of the time. What do you like best? The active live updates of changes made. What do you dislike? Missed updates if many people use a doc. Recommendations to others considering the product: More frequent updates that removes bugs like not saving updated changes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Updating spreadsheets, getting concrete resolutions over open issues.
