MS project and use of it in my area
What do you like best? Easy to followup and see who is slacking on a project and get immediate response . It is very powerful tool only when every one on the project is on board. I was getting full support from my team and we were using is quiet intensively and makes all team responsible to achieve our ultimate goal. What do you dislike? some times more routine and requires more input from the user perspective although a lot of resources online I would expect to see more interactive ...

Still clunky when importing large projects with hundreds of lines for WBS and GANTT view. Each user requires a license unless there is a enterprise EULA. The old guard: OK for project planning but horrible for project execution

What do you dislike? Cludgey to put together a working solution. Overkill for 95% of projects you actually want to deliver. Not deep enough for construction and engineering projects. You need 100 different MS tool to get it off the ground (yes, I know they're all "free" with MSDN but at what true ...
