Not the best project management software
What do you like best? It's easy to use, since it is a MS product and works the same as the other MS products What do you dislike? For actual project management, this is a "light" software. I work in construction litigation and I don't like that the activity ID changes from one schedule to the next. I don't like that there is no "data date" as other scheduling software has. Using Microsoft Project for Beginner
What do you like best? When I first picked up Microsoft Project, it was for a college course that required us to input our work into a chart that shows utilization and ensuring all the man hours are accounted for. This is a very useful software and very much easy to use. I had very to little experience when I first use this, and for a beginner to pick this up and immediately using it. That's a big plus in my eye and I would definitely recommend this to my friends. What do you dislike? ...

Easily managed program
What do you like best? Managing budgets for multiple projects is much easier than having multiple files. Being able to assign tasks to certain groups or individuals allows everyone to know their role and know what other tasks they have on their "to-do list". This program makes projects a little less stressful, as the previous way made it difficult to collaborate remotely - everyone had to meet in a specified location at a specified time to collaborate. What do you dislike? That is is ...

With so many features, the software has a steep learning curve, so it can be difficult to train others on the software with any efficiency. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project management and team communication. It helps to keep team members in touch with each other's work to prevent duplication.
