What do you like best? Project is very helpful for understanding critical path. What do you dislike? Project is not 100% intuitive and also it sometimes uses a lot of my CPU for no reason. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am using the application for capital project management. I have been able to use it to manage timelines.

What do you like best? Schedules and calendars are easy to read, print, and distribute. Given that many in the construction industry use Project it is easy to collaborate with my contractors. What do you like best? i am not sure there is anything i liked about this software. It was extremely complex and difficult to navigate through. My team had difficulty following the tasks and required one person to keep track of everyone's projects. Large Learning Curve

What do you like best? I like it's similarity and compatible with the other Microsoft products. It allows you to feel comfortable with the interface as it's already something you recognize. What do you dislike? To use it fully with most of it's functions requires a huge learning curve in comparison with the other Microsoft products. What do you like best? It comes with a lot of functionalities that are useful for Project Management. The most common and straight-forward ones are critical path schedules. You can easily assign resources to each schedule and represent the flow in Gantt chart format. Great Scheduling and Resource Management Tool

What do you like best? I like amount of PM features accessible in one tool. What do you dislike? Sometimes the automated scheduling feature can be an issue as I’ve found it to not always line up correctly. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
