What do you like best? Ability to create schedules and link tasks What do you dislike? Schedule is difficult to understand for someone not in the industry Recommendations to others considering the product Just use it. The the best and most universal project management tool out there. What do you like best? The timeline and resources management and easy to copy to PowerPoint What do you dislike? Autolink and unlink them. It often not reflected with the real timeline after an attempt to modify them Recommendations to others considering the product Yes What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Like that you have auto schedule tasks for a critical path What do you dislike? Not great for smaller project and grantt chart for use to print for updates. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keep track of tasks and ensuring delivery is on time.

Great for resource management
What do you like best? There are a ton of features. The more I use it, the more features I find to use. It's great for resource management. What do you dislike? It's hard to learn and doesn't integrate with any other software. I have project team members that don't have Project, and I have to cut/paste the schedule to a spreadsheet to send it to them. What do you like best? Easy to use, can handle large scale timelines and track costs What do you dislike? Random glitches, sometimes tasks don't auto update their start and finish dates. Doesn't support shared documents. Recommendations to others considering the product Take online training or other training classes for MS Projects before using the software.
