Great tool but can still be improved

What do you like best? I like that it is a comprehensive tool to carry out project management activities. Everything can be accessed there, gantt chart, network diagram, workflow process, etc. What do you dislike? I find that it can be glitchy sometimes. When making more complex flowchart or more lengthy gantt charts, it takes a while to load. Or it can be very laggy and I have trouble adding additional tasks to it.
