Useful, but maybe too complicated for our needs
What do you like best? I like that I am able to easily add tasks, and that there are a lot of ways that I can add and easily see details associated with the task. What do you dislike? I think Microsoft Project is a powerful tool, but it is one of those tools that I probably only use 10% of. Also, I wish it were easier to collaborate with other project leads. Right now it is difficult to see how deadlines match up across the schedules for different areas of the project. The merging of ...

Using Project to develop step-by-step project schedules and timelines
What do you like best? My favorite feature is the ability to automatically link tasks to each other. It saves time when creating a project schedule, and allows for simple edits to any point of the project lifecycle. If you change one line item deadline, it automatically changes the rest. I also love the ability to set custom working days/hours. What do you dislike? The software can be buggy and glitchy, and it's often difficult understand any rhyme or reason. I like to highlight ...
