I Love Microsoft Project!

What do you like best? Microsoft project is helpful to me because so many other students are using Microsoft software, and therefore using Microsoft project makes it very easy to collaborate with people even if we are not in the same place. We can all work on a presentation when we are available instead of having to physically meet. What do you dislike? The only real issue I have with this software is that when I go to print something it never looked like how I thought it would. I have ...

Good review

What do you like best? I like mocrosoft products for the way they have ease of use between all their products which allows me to collaborate with so many other people in various parts of the world. Even those who have yet to upgrade to newer software. What do you dislike? Not sure I have anything I completely dislike - there is always a bit of a learning curve and feel maybe if more people were utilizing the program it would be easier to use. Also if there was more inroads to mac ...

What do you like best? I like that you can coordinate projects with other members of the team easily, and that my manager can manage and keep track of how the employees are doing on their tasks. What do you dislike? Not very user friendly, wish it was more compatible with mac products and wish they had an app for iOS for the Apple iPhone which many people at work use as their primary device. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Great for planning

What do you like best? Easy to identify resources and dependencies. Shows when dependent tasks change. What do you dislike? I wish it was easier/possible to link timelines for multiple projects together without having to merge all information into same file. i.e. Task in Project B cannot start until a Task from Project A can complete. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helps with project scheduling and resource balancing.

Proficient Project Management software

What do you like best? Ease of use with other Microsoft products, including ability to easily export to Microsoft Excel. Gantt charts are fairly easy to use. One of the best features is the ability to automatically link tasks to each other. It saves time when creating a project schedule. If you change one line item deadline, it automatically changes the rest. What do you dislike? There is a tough learning curve to this product and no way to use it collaboratively. Sometimes when I ...
