What do you like best? MS Project integrates with most other MS Office products very well. It is great to be able to quickly create a review session for the current project with Skype for business. What do you like best? we like the tremendous user base and support from Microsoft. Also the new updates relatively frequent. Great for waterfall projects, not agile
What do you like best? easy to recalculate timelines quickly or change work schedules for holidays What do you dislike? UI isn't great, doesn't work well for agile projects, often gives errors when moving task dates or marking complete for no reason, does not integrate with timesheet/financial software to calculate burn rates. What do you like best? The ability to assign resources to specific tasks. What do you dislike? It can sometimes be a bit difficult to follow depending on the complexity of the project What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm able to easily identify the tasks the may hinder project schedule and find ways/opportunities in my schedule to get back on track.
