Great Addition for Collaboration Projects
What do you like best? This program assists with project management. I can easily share information with others and evaluate my top performers What do you dislike? It does take awhile to master the many different componentstyles of the program, but there are great tutorials available. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time management has been improved by using this program. It has been beneficial to my productivity.

Great way to track project timelines & agenda
What do you like best? It's very easy to use and integrates well with the full MS Suite What do you dislike? Microsoft Project Review
What do you like best? Ease of use when it comes to creating project tasks, milestones, and due dates. I really like the ability to assign weights to tasks. What do you dislike? The online and desktop client sync can be a little clunky. It great for teams where there are multiple PMs on same project/portfolio. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing a projects lifecycle, milestones, and due dates.

My thoughts on Microsoft project and portfolio management
What do you like best? I feel like it's a good quality for the money. I think it's easily implemented and that it's helped with some of our challenges that arise. What do you dislike? I don't think there are many challenges to talk about. It was better than expected. It certainly does take time to get used to though. I can't just drive right in. Good PM tool. However still lacks ease of use.
What do you like best? Great features to track a project's lifecycle. What do you dislike? The difficulty in reporting (creating progress charts in a calendar view, as an example. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking of projects lifecycle over its course. Easy to assign tasks to specific phases and people.

Cumbersome but useful
What do you like best? My favorite feature is being able to set predecessor tasks and the auto-completion of dates based on the predecessors. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Microsoft Project & Portfolio Management is easy to use and explain. If you have co-workers that have had difficulty following along with web-based collaboration sites, this is so much easier for them. It's a platform (Microsoft they're familiar with. It's easy to see who is working on what, and what stage they're on- so you don't necessarily need to bother them for information. Ol' Faithful
What do you like best? MS Project is super reliable for core PM functions. No matter what other tooling I use - JIRA, Workfront, Trello, etc. - I always come back to Project on large/complicated projects. The control over project scheduling, resource planing, GANTT view, etc. are second to none. What do you dislike? No beginners, Project can be intimidating. Excellent Project Management
What do you like best? I will say there are endless possibilities for the things you can do with the help of Microsoft Project & Portfolio Management. It's a complete suite which offers visualize IRR, integrate with MS TFS, complete control over work breakdown structure including Gantt chart and even you can plan a project up to minutes level. what else more you can expect. Great tool for PMs
What do you like best? Easy to use interface and can schedule project to minute details.I like the way Gantt charts are built in Project and can put in resource details with the splits of the work performed.
