What do you like best? I think the integration is seemless between the Microsoft suite and this really is maximized in the work setting. What do you dislike? I don't love that the suite takes some training to use and changes pretty dramatically with updates. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Working on compliance analytics, and this offers good tools for that.

MS Project is not as intuitive as I'd like. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use MS Project to manage multiple priorities, including Six Sigma projects and other Lean events.

From the IT side
What do you like best? It's integration into the Microsoft office side of things. What do you dislike? The install process. It's a pain and if you already have installed products it can cause you to have uninstall everything to start from scratch. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The work flow for the teams is a great issue solved.

Minimal use
What do you like best? I like how you can map everything out and have one task trigger another one. It is a perfect way to think about all the steps a project needs to complete. What do you dislike?
