MS Project Review
What do you like best? this scheduling tool is easy to use for small or medium size projects. it is easy for anyone that isnt an expert to toggle through and see their schedule as well as learn quickly. you can add costs and see impact to schedule. it is easy to create one-pagers or a nice pdf file that i can use at meetings that is user friendly. What do you dislike? it seems like MS Project can only handle so much information and has crashed on our program a few times. with an ...

Project is a Power Project Management Tool
What do you like best? Project is very good for visualizing the scope of a project. Like all of the programs in the Microsoft Office suite, it can be used to whatever complexity the user is capable of. It can be used to plan a simple timeline such as a vacation schedule (though Project would be overkill for this application, or it can be used to plan multi-year, multi-million dollar capital expenditure projects. What do you dislike? Some of the custom tools (such as setting a custom ...

We'll suited for my team
What do you like best? My team mainly uses this for Portfolio Management, we have a large real estate portfolio and this product makes it very easy to track, adjust, report, and maintain records. We have a few ROI buildings and it is a nice feature. What do you dislike? Our business line has switched to a google platform, unfortunately most people now hear Microsoft and avoid this at all costs. The learning curve for this was longer that anticipated for some Recommendations to others ...

I have used MS Project since the early 1990s.
What do you like best? While it may not be the 'Gold Standard' for Project Management, It is certainly widely used throughout the Project Management industry. For most cases, it provides comprehensive tools, reporting, and management capabilities to meet corporate demands. It is robust enough to handle large complex cross-functional projects, and yet simple enough for the novice or occasional user to benefit from it. It has configuration options allowing the user to configure it to match ...

Painful Project
What do you like best? Microsoft project has traditionally been the best way to capture critical data elements for success project planning. That opportunity remains. What do you dislike? Microsoft project has always been obscure but the interface has taken the effort to an entirely new level of trivial pursuit. Simply trying to change project dates and task interrelationships is beyond challenging now. Worse yet my organization decided to use Project Online for organizational time ...

Excellent Project Management Software
What do you like best? I like the ease of use of this product. It was very intuitive to use. I highly recommend it! I was able to pick up fairly easily on how to use the product. What do you dislike? In all honesty I really have no dislikes. Maybe pricing for some people and businesses (or rather non profits. But otherwise a wonderful product. Some people might take a while to learn how to use the product. If someone does not easily acclimate to software, I recommend implementing this ...
