What do you like best about Microsoft Forms? The most helpful thing with forms is the excellent integration with Microsoft Flow. The level of integration allows use of the user input data to generate everything from customised planner tasks through to complex approval processes. This massively reduces the time spent on administrative tasks and speeds up repetitive business processes.

What do you like best about Microsoft Forms? I really like the "branching" feature the most in Microsoft Forms. The ability to pick and choose what questions each person receives based off their responses is a great feature. This really comes in handy when using Forms as a survey tool and event registration.
