What do you like best about Microsoft Forms? Microsoft Forms has created an easy way for us to update in-house forms and documents. But the best feature has been being able to create surveys and forms to keep in touch with our customers and welcome feedback from them easily and effortlessly as well as update customer information.

What do you like best about Microsoft Forms? I use it for teaching online courses. I can quickly insert Forms into Teams and use this to poll the class and see how well they have retained the information.
