Still the best tool for data manipulation and input preparation

What do you like best? Microsoft Excel has a unique variety of tool for data manipulation. (Advanced Filtering, Pivot Tables, Pivot charts is only some of the most commonly used in my day-to-day work) What do you dislike? Csv and xlsx files cannot handle too much data rows.
