What do you like best? The ability to use formulas to get the required output that you're seeking. What do you dislike? The advance options are a bit hard to learn at first without some proper training or material to help. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Here we use it to help with tracking accounting with the use of formulas built by onsite accountants.

Still the best tool for data manipulation and input preparation

What do you like best? Microsoft Excel has a unique variety of tool for data manipulation. (Advanced Filtering, Pivot Tables, Pivot charts is only some of the most commonly used in my day-to-day work) What do you dislike? Csv and xlsx files cannot handle too much data rows. Roughly 500000 rows of data can be handled by a PC. This is the disadvantage compared to programming languages like R or python that can quickly access and manipulate csv files of much more rows than that. ...
