Excel solves many problems for my real estate business.

What do you like best? Excel is a great program to help me create checklists, forms, and anything I need to keep track of in my real estate business. I have created Net Sheets that are reusable for buyers and sellers. All I have to do is fill in the blanks with the numbers and the sheet calculates the rest. What do you like best? Easy to use with a very intuitive interface. Excel is a great tool that is constantly adding new features

What do you like best? Excel is easy to use and has added the power query feature which is great for processing large datasets. What do you dislike? It can be very slow once the data set gets large or complex. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Taking multiple csv files and combining them into 1 table. Conducting cost analysis, building simple cost models, etc.
